Spinach cannelloni recipe

Recipe for 4 people (recommended for Diabetes Mellitus)

Ingredients

Pasta cannelloni (three per head, 12 in total)
500 grams of spinach
Serrano ham diced bacon
Roast turkey tacos
4 cloves of garlic and 1 or 2 onions
Salt and ground black pepper
Béchamel made ​​with semi-skimmed milk and olive oil
Tomato sauce and grated cheese gratin type enmental

Preparation

Cook the pasta. Spread on a clean cloth and put another on top. Cook the spinach in a colander and leave. Make the batter and set aside. In a skillet saute in olive oil, garlic and onion. Add the diced ham and turkey and finally the spinach, add salt and pepper. Bring the contents of the pan into a saucepan, add a little of the batter and mix well. When the mixture has cooled, fill one by one the cannelloni. In a baking dish, pour some batter and place the cannelloni, pour batter again and sprinkle over tomato sauce. Add the grated cheese and put in the oven (pre-ignition and already hot) to about 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Grill at 180-200 degrees for about five minutes and you're ready.
