Carrot Muffins recipe


The Carrot Muffins are just delicious.Great way to eat good dessert and don't gain weight.

Carrot Muffins

Makes 6 to 8 muffins
Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat bran
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon allspice (allspice)
½ tsp cinnamon
1/3 maple syrup
1 cup water
¼ cup canola oil

Procedure

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients with the grated carrot. Add all liquid ingredients. Mix well to create a dough. Prepare molds for cupcakes or cup cake greasing a little vegetable oil, and pour the mixture into them. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into one of the muffins comes out clean. Enjoy a tasty and healthy snack.
